Meant to coincide with the opening of the 2012 London Olympics, CBT Systems has just completed a Video Media Production facility for Google-YouTube. Located in the heart of London, this 4,500 sq foot will provide YouTube beginners and Channel Partners with a training and production working environment including; a Production Studio, Green Screen Studio, two Production Control rooms and a six bay Editing training and work room. Google’s YouTube division has chosen CBT Systems along with HLW Architects to lead a new venture for YouTube, the development and implementation of a 40,000 sq foot seven studio complex in the Playa Vista area of Los Angeles. Working with the shell of an original aircraft manufacturing hanger which was built by Howard Hughes in the 1940s, the facility is scheduled to open to YouTube Channel Partners in January 2013.

A Joint venture with Disney-ABC Network News – Planning to launch a new Hispanic based 24 hour a day News Network, CBT Systems has been retained by Univision to provide facility planning and design guidance for the new 150,000 square foot news organization, production and technical facilities.
CBT Systems in conjunction with MLB Network has been awarded a Gold Edison Award for Mass Media with the development and deployment of BallPark Cam – Video and Audio Media acquisition systems installation and operational at all 30 major league ballparks.
CBT Systems has just completed a Network development consultancy for the newly established PAC 12 Advanced Media Network. CBT Systems, working with HLW Architects, assisted PAC 12 with development of a design scope for a new Network Headquarters and Broadcast facility and further researched all 12 University campus deriving recommendations on how best to cover the 960 annual live sporting events from the schools.
Drawing on CBT Systems team of experienced Engineering and Design personnel, Univision has retained CBT Systems to assist in developing a full Staffing, Operational and Technical Facilities plan for Univision’s new venture into national and international sports coverage. The new facility will be located close to Univision’ s headquarters in Miami Florida and will be a joint venture with Mexico City based Televisa.
